It’s My Mission To Help You Simplify & Organize

Your Grain-Free Lifestyle!

I remember how much I struggled when I was new to the Grain-Free Lifestyle in 2012. I also remember how wonderful it was to have Grain-Free cookies that Christmas. Those cookies made me feel normal.

To help you simplify and organize your Grain—Free Lifestyle, I’d like to give you a copy of my cookbook 7 Simple Grain-Free Recipes.

Inside you’ll find recipes for fast mac’n cheese, pizza, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies that get rave reviews! While the recipes are simple, they give you the feeling that you aren’t missing out. They’re some of my favorite recipes for sharing.

To avoid grains, we have to know what they are! You wouldn’t believe how many people think they’re avoiding grains while they’re still consuming lesser known grains like amaranth, einkorn, sorghum, semolina, or triticale.

And I was one of them! For almost a year, I used a baking mix that included sorghum. I was told I had a grain allergy but no one taught me what grains were!

Print this list and keep it with you when label reading!

Amaranth

Barley

Bulgur

Faro

Einkorn

Emmer

Freekeh or Farik

Millet

Durum Wheat

Khorasan Wheat

Oats

Rice

Rye

Sorghum

Teff

Triticale

Wheat

Wild Rice

This is the first step in transitioning to a Grain-Free Lifestyle. To avoid grains, you have to know what they are!

Did you know there are more than 100 ingredients made from Grains?

It’s enough to blow your mind!

You may already know that ingredients like Corn Starch and Vital Wheat Gluten are made from grains.

However not all Grain-Based Ingredients look like the grains they’re made from! Just look at this list below! Would you ever guess that these ingredients can be made from grains?

Glucose

Modified Food Starch

Maltodextrin

Xylitol

Erythritol

White Vinegar

None of these ingredients can be identified as grain based on their name alone!

So what can we do?

I started gathering the names of these Grain-Based ingredients for my own reference years ago. There are more than 100 ingredients made from grains.

Despite being Grain-Free since 2012, I still haven’t memorized the list! But I print it and keep it with me when I’m shopping?

You can find my 5 page PDF of Grain-Based Ingredients in my Coaching Resource Library on Patreon. Use the link below and select All Access VIP to enroll.

I enjoy having foods that make me feel like I’m not avoiding grains at all. There’s something so satisfying about having a slice of toast or a bagel in the morning. Savory casseroles for dinner, pastas with rich creamy sauces are a must, and I can’t live without pizza!

I need to keep my cooking simple, without missing out!

It’s too much of a bother having 17 different flours in my pantry. I tried this once and they all went bad before I could use them. I was always buying ingredients that I could never use before they expire. Despite having 17 flours, I still didn’t have what I needed to make the recipe I spent forever scrolling for!

Does this sound familiar?

Now I keep it simple!

I have decreased the time I spend cooking, and our menu is packed with flavor and variety!

Have a look at the gallery below—-All of these foods are Grain-Free and made using Simple Recipes available here on the blog or in my VIP Recipe Box on Patreon. If you haven’t checked out the VIP Recipe Box, it’s an amazing Value. It’s chock full of all my Exclusive Unpublished Recipes! Each Recipe is a printable PDF, which is priceless!

I know you don’t have time to add anything but delicious Grain-Free Recipes to your plate!

I’m not suggesting that you learn new ways to do anything.

Instead, start by eliminating what’s not working for you!

There are restaurants that are a nightmare to eat at—eliminate them!

Are there foods that you can’t have safely? Eliminate them!

There may people who aren’t supportive—try NOT to eat around them as much as possible.

Once you’ve freed up space in your Grain-Free Lifestyle, you’ll have space to start a new habit or set up a new system!

What do I mean?

You’re already using several systems to help you get everything done.

Grocery lists, calendars, planning apps, these are all systems that you’re using to help you automate things.

There are systems which you can implement to simplify your Grain-Free Lifestyle!

Here are some systems which I use to simplify my Grain-Free Lifestyle:

  • My 5 Page List of Grain-Based Ingredients To Avoid.
  • My Grain-Free Grocery List. (Click Here to get it)
  • Menu Planning
  • Meal Prepping
  • Ingredient Prepping
  • Batch Cooking
  • Freezer Eating
  • Freezer Cooking
  • cookie prepping
  • Dessert Trays—have your favorite Grain-Free Desserts ready when you want them, without cooking all the time.
  • Keeping extras on hand
  • Advocacy Card ( you may have heard me talk about this in Slice Of The Grain-Free Lifestyle episodes)
  • Food Purse
  • Organizational Apps on My Phone

I’m not suggesting that you go for all of them at once. That would be insane!

My clients learn to simplify and organize their Grain-Free Lifestyle using the systems that suit their individual needs.

You don’t have to do this on your own!

Finding a mentor or friend who avoids grains and allergens will help you Fast-Track your transition! Sharing recipes, tips, and Grain-Free Lifestyle hacks makes the transition so much easier.

This component is crucial! Having a coach or a mentor will keep you focused and avoid common mistakes.

You’ll have someone to support you and help you through the bumps in the road that come with the transition to a Grain-Free Lifestyle!

It’s normal to feel discouraged when you make a lifestyle switch, that’s when you’ll lean on your supportive friend or mentor. You’ll laugh a lot more, and find the motivation to keep going.

If you’re ready to break out of the the tedious cycle of boring foods, then it’s time to Break A Recipe!

I’d love to get to know you. Let’s meet at a mutually convenient time and talk about how I can support you during your transition.

A Slice Of The Grain-Free Lifestyle

I’ve been Grain-Free since 2012. My transition wasn’t fast and it certainly wasn’t simple!

I kept getting exposed to Grains that I didn’t even know existed, and I had no clue that grains could hide in our foods under sneaky names like maltodextrin or glucose.

Within a month of eliminating the grains I knew about, I started to feel better, my energy returned, and my brain-fog disappeared. I was finally able to build muscle when exercising!

But my progress kept getting stalled by grains that I didn’t know about and hidden grains that I didn’t know existed!

But that was almost 12 years ago. I don’t miss out on my favorite foods anymore, I know what grains are, I know how to read labels and avoid hidden grains foods, personal care products, medications, and cleaning products!

Just take a look at my instagram and see what I’ve been cooking lately!
