How Difficult Is It To Prepare Grain-Free Foods?

It’s not much more difficult than traditional cooking! If you can boil water and use a mixer, you’ll be able to make almost all of the foods I’ve mentioned in this blog post!

What Grain-Free Ingredients do you use?

All my baking is done with a blend of flours made from chickpea, tapioca, and coconut. I keep it simple! This saves space and cuts costs! Instead, I do all my baking using only 9 Simple Ingredients. Click here to learn more about my favorite ingredients.
