Has someone told you to get used to life without cheese? Anyone who says we should get used to living without cheese can live without cheese deserves to live without it, and then see how they feel! (Taking a deep breath and moving forward with a positive vibe.)
They make recipes, but we Break Recipes! And today we’re Breaking a Recipe for Cheese Sauce! Why Make a Recipe, When You Can Break A Recipe?

Having Vegan or Dairy Free Cheese makes us feel normal! It’s the delicious goodness that goes with vegetables, makes bread into fancy fondue, and makes tortilla chips nachos! Cheese makes almost everything better! Allergen Friendly, Dairy-Free, Vegan Cheese Sauce is what we’re making today!!
Lately I’ve been trying to focus on recipes that save time and save money, this easy cheesy sauce is one of those because it’s less than $3.00 per batch! Normally, I spend $6.00 for one bag of Vegan / Dairy Free Cheese at the local grocery store, and that’s before the other ingredients to turn the cheese into sauce.
Have you noticed that the Dairy Free Cheese you buy takes forever to melt? You either wait forever, or use “face of the sun” temperatures and risk scorching the other ingredients. Because you’re not waiting for your Vegan Cheese to melt, this recipe is faster than making a cheese sauce from pre-made Vegan or Dairy Free Cheese!

Let’s Recap…We Save Time AND Money With This Sauce!
It also tastes better because you’re only getting the ingredients which contribute to the flavor and stretchiness of the sauce; not the preservatives! No fillers = more nutrients per serving!
How Do We Make Cheese Sauce Without Cheese?
You’re probably thinking you have to go to a specialty store and get ingredients which are only available once a year, but that’s not it at all! The ingredients are readily available either at your local grocery store, or online.
